Welcome to everyone visiting the site for the first time and thank you to all the regular visitors to this site for your continued support. The hit rate for the site continues to do well and your feedback has be complimentary and also very usefull!
If you have been following Freestyle Performance for a while you will have seen it elvolve with the creation of this current website which went live in October 2009. I innitially envisaged that this site would serve FP for the next couple of years before continued growth would call for a new one. However I have now reached the point where a new site is innevitable along with a new domain name to give us an increased presence internationally. As most people I work with in the coaching world know me by name and not Freestyle Performance, this has often led to people having trouble finding me when using search engines.
Therefore from September 2010 there will be a new site going live under www.andrewadamsperformance.com and Freestyle Performance training will sit within this.
I will let you all know more over the coming weeks.
