Guidelines & New Article Available
That’s right! We’ve finally got some new stuff available. Our plan is to add more stuff around the end of each month. You never know though, something might creep in there in between. So, please subscribe to the RSS feed to keep in touch.

This month we’ve added a guide to explain more about what a Freestyle Performance training session is and how you can get the most from a Freestyle Performance training session.

We’ve also added a new article – GPP Circuits. This article is about selecting exercise techniques that condition and rely on the harmony of all muscle groups and joint functions.

Where is the Discussion Board you might ask? Don’t worry it is coming. We’ve been spending our time working on another project for Freestyle Performance!?!

Look out for more from Freestyle Performance ….
