  1. Lay the bell on its side with the handle facing away from you.
  2. Adopt the press-up position with one hand on the body of the bell, the other hand away from the floor.
  3. Slowly Press-up.

This is an advanced movement and requires suitable conditioning; if you are new to training please do not attempt this exercise until you have achieved the correct level.
