  1. Hold the bell at your side.
  2. Swing back, grip hard and hold the bell up in a bottoms up position.
  3. Hold it for as long as you can.
  4. Drop and repeat.

As your all important grip strength increases, attempt to press the bell up and out into a military press. This exercise is not for the faint of heart or the weak of grip. Please practice safety first.
