Single Arm Swing

  1. Stand with your feet hip width apart.
  2. Hold the weight in between your legs.
  3. Keeping your chest up and your back straight.
  4. Fold at the waist and bend your legs whilst swinging the Kettlebell back between your legs.
  5. Looking up throughout, snap your hips and knees forward, forcing the bell to swing forward and up to shoulder height.
  6. Continue with perfect form and allow the bell to swing whilst maintaining a firm grip.

The two handed version is suggested for beginners. The rules from the single arm swing apply.
