Dan Welch

In the on-going pursuit of all that is S&C (strength and conditioning), Dan Welch has spent the last seven years honing his coaching techniques. At present he freelances his skills as S&C coach to the University of Exeter and as a S&C tutor with England athletics.
The last seven years have been a build up to now, and the next seven years who knows, but you can guarantee whatever happens it will be full of promise and very colourful.

Andrew Adams

Andrew Adams has always been passionate about Sport and Physical development. He was originally inspired to lift weights by following the exploits of Geoff Capes in the early runs of the Britain’s strongest Man competition. Starting out as a Bodybuilder, Andrew soon found to his cost that training in isolation can lead to injury, so he now tries to keep his own training functional and relevant.

Andrew holds Dan grades in the martial arts of Karate and Kendo and is an instructor with the British Bushido Association.

As well as running Freestyle Performance, Andrew works as a Senior Fitness Coach for the University of Exeter and Sports Coach for British Blind Sport.

AFOGB Certificate Pre/Post Natal training
BBA 3rd Degree Black Belt Karate
1st Degree Black Belt Kendo
OCR Exercise to Music instructor
